Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Need a different size or item?
We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
